40 Bond Street

This new development project was the first US assignment for the Pritzker Prize-winning architecture firm of Herzog and DeMuron. Serving as the owner’s representative, we coordinated activities through all phases of design and construction for this 65,000 square-foot, 14-story luxury condominium development.

Services included soil contamination, remediation and managing a large consulting group and four specialty contractors in developing innovative prototypical designs for the building facades, bathrooms and kitchens. This included numerous mockups for appearance and performance.
