David Spector (President)
David Spector, the president of David J. Spector & Associates, has been active in real estate since 1979. He has participated in the development of more than 5 million square feet of multi-use commercial and residential new construction and has managed tenant improvements valued in excess of $750 million. His experience, which includes new building development, building redevelopment, corporate relocation, retail installation, and high end residential renovation, spans all development and construction phases, including site evaluation; program and zoning analysis; design development; lease and contract negotiation; and construction management.
Lorna Johnson (Project Manager)
Lorna Johnson has over 20 years of experience in architectural design and project management. As a principal in an architectural firm, she managed the design and construction of numerous hospitality and residential projects for major corporate clients such as Hilton, Hyatt and Marriot. Subsequently, she was a project manager at a New York City construction management company where she managed a number of projects, including the exterior restoration of a landmark building at the Bronx Zoo and a $500,000 window replacement project at a Manhattan residential property.
At David J. Spector & Associates, Ms. Johnson is involved in overseeing and managing various commercial and residential projects, including the renovation and modification of the exterior of a large triplex penthouse in a midtown Manhattan residential tower. She is a graduate of Arizona State University majoring in Architectural Design.
