Since 1992, David J. Spector & Associates, Inc. (DJS&A) has been providing expert development, design and construction consulting services to move clients efficiently from project inception to completion. As principal of DJS&A, David J. Spector brings to the firm more than 25 years of experience in real estate development, architecture and construction. This multi-faceted expertise provides the company with a comprehensive understanding of the building industry and serves as the foundation for our team-building philosophy.
