We carefully assemble a competent and harmonious project team that works together effectively. As the leaders of this team, we clearly define individual member responsibilities and monitor group interaction closely. A single member of David J. Spector & Associates will serve as your project lead and primary contact, backed by a dedicated and expert support staff.
Cost management and budget control.
Tracking and controlling costs is critical to the success of your project. At DJS&A, we establish a realistic budget, negotiate pricing aggressively, monitor project costs and ensure that all expenses are bona fide. Our Budget and Schedule Report Card keeps the project team apprised of where we are in your project at all times.
Consistent communication.
Project management is a dynamic process. There is a great deal of information to process and many changes and decisions to manage. To facilitate your ability to make informed choices, we keep you up-to-date on this information and notify you of any resulting cost and schedule implications. We establish performance guidelines for our project communications and develop consistent reporting formats. Our Close Out Checklist ensures that we’ve delivered what we promised.
Schedule adherence.
Developing, maintaining, and adhering to a realistic yet aggressive project schedule is one of the key components of a successful project and one of our top priorities. We establish achievable deadlines that meet your schedule parameters and continuously monitor and update the project schedule to address any deviations, problems or delays.
